"Eurydice" reimagines the Orpheus myth not through Orpheus's pilgrimage to the Underworld to rescue his bride, but through the eyes of its heroine. Dying too young on her wedding day, Eurydice must journey to the underworld, where she reunites with her father. Eurydice is forced to choose between her husband and her father, and between life and death. With contemporary characters, plot twists, and a surprising amount of humor, “Eurydice” tells a story about abiding love and abundant curiosity, told in the language of stones. Directed by Landon Rydl.
